One free replacement song per paid order. Send specific feedback within 7 days of delivery, keeping the original brief. No change-of-mind refunds once production starts; statutory rights and non-delivery remedies still apply.
Your story, our service
Encore is operated by OODAC Technologies LLC. These terms apply to orders accepted under the policy version shown at checkout. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to order. We create personalized music using AI and human review. Your checkout summary specifies the price and included deliverables. Length, voice, pronunciation and musical details are creative targets, not exact guarantees. Demos illustrate the service and are not promises of identical results.
One complimentary regeneration
Each paid order includes one complimentary replacement song if you are not satisfied. Email support@oodac.com from the order email address within 7 calendar days after we first make your collection available and notify you. Include your order number and one consolidated list of specific changes. The replacement follows the original recipient, occasion, language and overall brief; it is one new recording, not another full collection or unlimited revisions. A new recipient, new occasion or substantially different concept requires a new order. The allowance cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or renewed by additional messages. Free promotional orders do not include this benefit unless the promotion says otherwise. Technical failures and remedies required by law do not consume this allowance. We will confirm the request and estimated turnaround by email.
Cancellation and refunds
Because every song is made to order, we do not offer change-of-mind or artistic-preference refunds once production has begun. The complimentary regeneration is our offered remedy for creative dissatisfaction. If production has not started, contact us promptly to cancel for a refund. Duplicate charges will be corrected. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will refund the undelivered service. These limits do not exclude refunds or other remedies required by law for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered work, and do not restrict lawful payment disputes.
Starting work and your withdrawal rights
At checkout you separately request that we start work as soon as the order is confirmed. Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, your express consent acknowledges that the withdrawal right for the service ends once it is fully performed, or for digital content when you first stream or download it with that consent. Until then, any withdrawal rights and lawful proportionate charges depend on the applicable law. Your rights relating to defective or undelivered work remain. Contact support to exercise applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights.
Your brief and permitted use
Only submit stories, lyrics and other material you have permission to use and share with us. Avoid sensitive information about other people unless you have the necessary permission. Do not request unlawful, abusive or infringing content, impersonation, or deceptive representations of real people. You retain your rights in the material you provide and allow us and our service providers to process it to fulfill and support your order. We may decline prohibited requests; any payment and refund treatment remains subject to the rules above and applicable law.
Your songs and access
Once paid, you may download, keep, share and use the delivered songs for personal purposes, subject to third-party rights. Commercial use requires written confirmation from us. We do not guarantee that AI-generated material qualifies for copyright protection, is exclusive, or will be accepted by a distribution platform. Keep your private listening link confidential and save your downloads; we do not promise permanent online hosting. We will not use your private commission as a public demo without your permission.
Delivery and support
We aim to meet the delivery window shown at checkout. We will communicate material delays using the email address you provide. Provide a working email address and check spam or junk folders. Contact support if a link fails or a recording is missing; a technical access problem is not a request for a creative revision. Changes to these terms apply to future orders, not retroactively to an existing accepted order.
Responsibility and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or other mandatory consumer protections. Virginia law governs these terms except where the mandatory law of your place of residence applies. Nothing here requires arbitration or prevents you from using a court or consumer authority available to you.
